Qualified Commercial Contractors Ltd takes the requirements of The Modern Slavery Act extremely seriously and welcomes the requirements of the Act and, actively strives to be as compliant as possible when dealing with all of its clients, customers, suppliers and staff.

Qualified Commercial Contractors Ltd strives to understand and address all of the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure it does everything possible to ensure that its supply chains are free from human trafficking and that its workers and people are able to work in conditions that are not considered to be that of modern slavery.

Risk based programme

Qualified Commercial Contractors Ltd is committed to only work with clients and suppliers that are considered to work and operate within the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act and will take steps where it is considered that a client or supplier has failed to maintain the standards expected by Qualified Commercial Contractors Ltd.

To maintain these standards Qualified Commercial Contractors Ltd has developed and adopted a risk based programme of assessment and staff awareness training which will ensure the requirements of the legislation will be met.
